The "main" tab doesn't apply quest order

Describe the Bug

Hello c:

The "main" tab's quests don't apply the order they should

This bug seems to only happen in the "main" tab, the other tabs order quests properly

Reproduction Steps

1. Make several quests in the "main" tab
2. Notice that ordering quests doesn't really work (it can move them around, but not order them correctly)

Expected Result

In my screenshots you can see the Fiber should definitely be sorted after the Apricorn
