Intruder mobs spawn in too tight spaces

as you can see in the image below, intruder mobs spawn even when their hitbox intersects blocks.

this happens even if it intersect full blocks, they just suffocate when spawned.

I tested this on enemy expansion 2.3.1, minecraft 1.20.1, forge 47.3.10
