First - thank you for this!

I was able to get the container and image running, however, for some reason it's not following the stream profile of xxx.xxx.xxx:1936 (mapped it to port 1936 as 1935 was in use)

However, looking at the logs it appears that the service is actually redirecting me to a different stream URL (rtmps://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:36670/nanit/p2p) and i can't find any application that supports that sream

Any ideas? I'm running docker on my synology nas

hey @bbow987 i was having something of a similar issue, my problem was related to having separate vlans and needed to update the firewall rules to allow nanit to connect to my container at port 1935 (1936 in your case), hope that helps you!
