Change document state when document is affected by search bulk action

Describe the bug
When performing a search bulk action on a project in sidebar curation mode, the action may affect documents that the user has not started working on yet. The state of such documents then needs to be switched (e.g. in sidebar curation mode, the source document needs to switch to curation mode).

Expected behavior
Modifications of annotations in a curation document should put the source document into curation-in-progress.

There might be a review of how the transition to the curation phase happens in general. Possibly, this issue disappears at that moment.
