[Bug]: Tab group edit menu is bugged when interacting with zen sidebar layout

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

When opening a Tab Group's edit menu the sidebar collapses and the menu goes off-screen

How to Reproduce?

1 - have zen mode + vertical layout (without the always show sidebar on)
2 - create a tab group
3 - try to edit the group (right click the group's "head" tab, or click the 3 dots button)

Actual behavior

The sidebar collapses automatically and the edit menu slides left off screen.

On Ubuntu 26 LTS using the latest Helium release (but the same behavior was observed at least going back to 0.12.5):

Expected behavior

1 - the sidebar probably shouldn't collapse
2 - at least the menu should snap to the window and not go outside of it.

Additional context

I've had this bug since a few version ago, I also tried on the latest Helium version on windows and couldn't reproduce the bug.
