What version did the issue occur in?
the codebase
Description
something something it is known imp takes a long time to boot up. it's been said multiple times that it's PROBABLY something to do with our exorbitant amount of audio files available. Server-wise lag seems to be negligible, but it sure is felt client-side
EXAMPLE:

in our resources file, 60% of those resources are audio. 60% of all audio is occupied by impstation audio which is probably fine considering it's only for imp use but it might not be good enough.
EXHIBIT A: Maybe We Need Less Music
as opposed to public perception our highest audio load comes from files in Resources/_Impstation/Audio/Music which is iirc jukebox files and some of these are called onto the lobby but don't quote me on that

EXHIBIT B: Why Is Sinister 7 Times As Big As Our Other Announcers
come on

maybe we need to hear a little less.
Reproduction
1.- clone branch on your computer
2.- open branch on computer with programs like WinDirStat
3.- cry, presumably
Additional Context
i know a lot of these music files have been imp mainstays for a while now. but i think it's time for some of our least used music to leave. if you miss it you can just open up a youtube tab i dunno
