- GitHub Discussions — the home for everything that is not a bug:
- Announcements — releases, breaking changes, roadmap milestones.
- Q&A — install help, deploy errors, schema questions.
- Ideas — feature requests, design feedback, "would it be cool if".
- General — show-and-tell, deployment war stories, product strategy.
- GitHub Issues — bug reports and confirmed defects only. If you are not sure whether something is a bug or just a question, post in Q&A first; we will move it to Issues if it warrants a tracker entry.
- Security — never report a vulnerability in public. Follow
SECURITY.mdand use GitHub Security Advisories.
Three threads are pinned to the top of Discussions for newcomers:

- How do I get help? (#23) — checklist for support requests so we can help faster.
- Roadmap and feature requests (#24) — what is shipping, how to nominate, what we have explicitly chosen not to build.
Maintainer note: GitHub does not yet expose discussion-pinning through the REST or GraphQL API, so pinning is done from the web UI: Discussions → ⋯ menu on each thread → "Pin discussion".
We follow the Contributor Covenant v2.1. Be kind, be specific, be patient.
We aim to triage Discussions and Issues within 48 hours on weekdays. Critical security reports are addressed within 7 days of acknowledgement.
