Orca as a UI

I've been using Orca for the last week. Especially for remote development running agents in persistent terminal sessions over SSH. This prevents me for worrying about spotty internet when I'm traveling or closing my laptop in the while a local harness is executing, etc.

Orca also allows you to easily open terminal sessions and I've been using iloom in tmux mode, but if it could use the Orca cli to launch the background dev server and harness session as Orca sessions, that would be awesome.

If this is something you're interested in supporting, I might be able to take a look.
