ng device and io-passthru

Just pushed the PR: https://github.com/linux-nvme/nvme-cli/pull/3107 commit changes so can you test it? (Locall it looks work for the io-passthru command.)
Note: Still the id-ctrl and show-topology commands not fixed then will try to fix them separately.

Note2: The device: /dev/nvme0 also failed on the io-passthru command but it works on the older version (commit: https://github.com/linux-nvme/nvme-cli/commit/77b6d0c72ddc11e12856bf794ce820be1914e5ff) so will do investigate this also separately.
