After updating feedback from /ballot, confirmation message appears on /ballot/vote

You can now add entry feedback from the main /ballot page. (Previously you could only do so from /ballot/vote.) However, the confirmation message—"Thank you! You successfully updated your feedback…"—still only appears on /ballot/vote. Specifically, it appears the first time you view /ballot/vote after updating feedback from /ballot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to /ballot while the comp is open for judging
2. Click "Add / edit feedback" next to an entry
3. Click "Save" to return to /ballot; note the lack of confirmation
4. Go to /ballot/vote to reunite with your confirmation message
