Implementation of other HPC facilities

I intend to add a parameter to the the processMeerKAT.py pipeline builder (to the CASA6 implementation) which allow a user to specify the cluster to be used. I think this would be best done by including a set of HPC config files for each facility. The intention being, that it will simply be a matter of adding a new config for any new SLURM based HPC facility.

I intend to include an example config for the Galahad cluster hosted at JBCA in Manchester.

Hey @mb010, for the sake of any other visitors here, as you know, we're going to work on including your pull request (#53) once we've tested it and we're happy that it does what we want!
