Add support for make as replacement for ant

Since make is pre-installed in many clients and extremely easy to use it might be a good idea to also support make next to ant.

This is a wannahave, however not a trivial task. Each tool should itself provide the necessary integration for make (add it's own target in the same way they add an ant target). Furthermore it must be made possible to choose which build tool to use.

To me it seems that getting more tools first (including for JS for instance) over adding support for additional build tools would be best.
