Maybe some kind of error message if the saver is not installed?

I have been using my tiddlywiki + timimi for a while, ever since I got a new macbook about a month ago. I've been still saving things with timimi. Everything seemed to work. But I forgot to reinstall the saver plugin, so in fact nothing was saving. I didn't notice this because I was saving journal entries which I didn't go back and look at right away.

Maybe some kind of error message if the saver is not present would be good? I lost a lot of stuff this way.

I concur. Having a way to verify that the back end system was installed and is the correct version would be very useful.
