I love motion-primitives and I would like to contribute a new text component: a Text Spotlight effect.
This component allows a text to be subtly dimmed, and as the user moves their cursor, a glowing spotlight reveals the text underneath in a very smooth way using Motion and Tailwind CSS.
Let me know if this would be a great addition to the library!
