Describe the Feature

Add Stellar support to allow sending and receiving XLM, handling federation addresses, and issuing tokens (assets) via the wallet.

Motivation / Use Case

Stellar is widely used for cross-border payments and has a strong presence in remittances. Supporting it gives users access to a reliable, fast L1 chain that aligns well with stablecoin use cases.

Possible Implementation

Use Stellar SDK (stellar-sdk) for account generation and transaction handling. Build an adapter to parse XDRs and handle Horizon API responses.
