Some pages are created with old editor

Hello,

some of the confluence pages created through md2cf are in the old Confluence editor.

I have not identified a pattern yet. At first, I thought it might be pages in subfolders but some of the pages are created with the new and some with the old editor.

Setup in repo:

Documentation
∟ Publish
   ∟ <Folder1>
       ∟ <SubFolder1>
           <SubPage1>.md
           <SubPage2>.md
           ...
      <Page1>.md
      <Page2>.md
      ...

In Confluence some of the pages in SubFolder1 are published using the old editor with a full page width view.

Anything I could do differently?
