Not possible to install LibreOffice since 25.2.x (25.8.x/26.2.x/26.8.x)

@i486: Impossible to install LibreOffice since 25.2.x (25.8.x/26.2.x/26.8.x), for example:
LibreOffice 26.2.x cannot be installed on this version of Windows. Windows 10 or later is required.

I have tested all checkbox possibilities:

• Enable VxKex for this program

• Enable VxKex for this program
• Report a different version of Windows: Windows 10

3/

• Enable VxKex for this program
• Report a different version of Windows: Windows 10
• Advanced options: Use stronger version reporting

All cases, same result.
