Hello, what the chance it will be possible to make hearthstone running on windows 7? yesterday they made an update in game, and after this it just shows in launcher "your OS is unsupported", you still can run launcher, but can't click play button anymore, also it's impossible to run the game directly with .exe file (and never was possible, only from launcher). I tried with vxkex next, it didn't work, and dev. of next said he will be inactive till august 2027, so it's impossible for him to fix till this date. I also tried now with latest this version, 1.2.1.2229, all combinations, only report different version (10 and 11, with disabled vxkex), stronger report, and the same with enabled vxkex, but result is always the same- unsupported OS. Thank you in advice.

Try using an older build of battle.net client. Unload the client (from tray), go to its installation folder - there are should be several folders with numbers, remove the latest one. Then launch again.

Unfortunately, it didn't help. As i understand, they moved game to Unity 6, so even for windows 10 now it asks minimum 21H1. So I'm not it will be possible to make it running on windows 7, but that's why asking here, some other Unity 6 games were fixed/launched with vxkex, so maybe HS will be lucky as well.

The launcher doesn't even allow me to install it telling that Win7 is not supported. VxKex can't properly spoof OS version to it - this is definately something that can be fixed.

Most likely solving 1st step issue with launcher, there will be another one with the game, but maybe this will help/will be useful (for developers) with Unity 6, it's the last update of another project that won't be updated, but for some Unity 6 they fixed it https://github.com/YuZhouRen86/VxKex-NEXT-Unstable (for HS still impossible to test, as long as we can't bypass launcher).
