Oooops - not found page

Expected behavior
Show proposal 44384

this works:
https://dao.hypha.earth/seedscollaboratory/agreements/44384

Additional context
Apparently the url was changed from proposals to agreements at some point

Fix would be to make a redirect to redirect /proposals to /agreements/
