Hulo cannot be **uninstalled** by npm

I try to use this command:
```npm
npm uninstall -g hulo
```
However, when I used this command, it still hadn't been uninstalled,and its only output is:

```npm
up to date in 394ms
```
not like this:
```npm
removed 1 package in x_ms
```
