Reflect newly updated/added endpoints in Karl's gateway work

For maintenance purposes and to ensure a smooth upcoming transition, populate the recently updated/added API endpoints in Karl's gateway PR #373 for the upcoming PSC migration.

• AVR (auth updates)
• entity-api (new endpoints for reindex optimization work)
• hs-ontology-api (currently not supported, do we need it?)
• ingest-api (new endpoint for the usage dashboard)

entity-api

• Remove GET /entities//reindex-info
• Add GET /ancestors-info/
• Add GET /descendants-info/
• Add GET /parents-info/
• Add GET /children-info/
• Add GET /sources-info/
• Add GET /origins-info/
• Add GET /donors-info/

search-api

• Remove PUT /reindex-all

ingest-api

• Add GET /publication-and-usage-stats

AVR

• Remove authentication from POST /antibodies
• Remove authentication from POST /antibodies/import
• Remove authentication from PUT /restore_elasticsearch

hs-ontology-api

• Add all existing endpoints from the API Gateway DEV deployment (the new endpoints have not yet been released to PROD stage)

7/16/2026, due to priority change, we've decided to leave UBKG ontology-api for later and only update the rest.
