Missing or Unmatched Model Weights

Hi,

I downloaded all the model weights from the OneDrive link provided, as recommended. However, it seems like the folder only contains weights for AlphaFold-Multimer.

I’m trying to run structure prediction using the alphafold2_ptm model, but I don’t see the specific weights for it. Could you clarify whether the alphafold2_ptm weights are included under a different name, or if they are missing entirely from the shared folder?

May I ask if you have obtained the weights for AlphaFold2-ptm, or if an alternative solution has been used instead?
