Tesla Fleet: Error while obtaining access token.

I am attempting to create a Tesla Fleet integration but when i try linking the account i'm seeing Error while obtaining access token. Other times I see a blank modal the just says Error.

What im trying to figure out is if there any known issues, or am i doing something wrong?

Any troubleshooting i can do my side?

Had ChatGPT on the case and its suggesting it could be an issue with:

• Tesla scope mismatch.
• HA Tesla Fleet integration bug/regression
• Subtle client / redirect mismatch in the tesla app (less likely)
