Translate the in-game manual

The in-game manual can't easily be translated since they are image files. There exist several fan translations that could be used (such as https://book.tunic.wiki/), so with permission a mod could be created to replace these image files with translated ones. Alternatively, they could be made from scratch.

Due to the larger file size of these images, this should be a separate mod.

I did a quick test and while the files at https://book.tunic.wiki are about 87MB in total (when extracted from the pdf, in jpeg format), a quick check on squoosh.app revealed that scaling them down to the proper size for usage in-game (2048x1560) reduces their size to about 15%. This should be fine to include in this repo and the mod itself.

I contacted the contact listed on the website to ask for permission, but they seem to have received the files from another person and can't contact them anymore. I'll attribute it to an anonymous person instead.
