UI Alignment Issue – Action Buttons Are Too Close Together on Managing Specialities Page

To Reproduce

File path: channel/maintanance/doctorSpeciality/List.xhtml

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Channeling Module.
2. Open the Managing Specialities page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Observe the spacing between the Create, View, Edit, and Delete buttons.

Expected behavior

The action buttons should have proper spacing and alignment to improve readability, usability, and the overall user interface.
