Saving a New Channel Agent Reference Book Record Redirects to Error Page

Describe the bug
When creating a new Channel Agent Reference Book record, the system redirects to an error page after the required details are entered and the Save button is clicked.

To Reproduce
File path: channel/channel_agent_referece_book.xhtml

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Channeling Module.
2. Open the Channel Agent Reference Book page.
3. Enter all required details.
4. Click the Save button.

Expected behavior
The system should successfully save the Channel Agent Reference Book record, display a success confirmation message, and remain on the appropriate page without showing an error.
