Roles in Hiero

@cody-littley - we have now moved the consensus node repo to the Hiero org. You are currently a maintainer and a codeowner for the consensus module, but you have not accepting the invitation to join the org. I have a couple questions for you:

1. Do you plan to join the org so that you have the option to participate fully as a maintainer?
2. Do you want to remain a code owner for the consensus module?

@litt3, likewise, though as a committer and codeowner. I do not know if you have accepted or not, but please let me know if you want to be removed from either or both roles.

I had hoped to participate, but the github was adding me as a reviewer to each and every PR in the org. You can remove me from the role.

I get added to a lot of PRs now, I don't know if its all of them, but its a lot

Yes, I'd like to join the org if the auto assign problem is addressed (like Lazar said, it was a lot. Like, two dozen in the time it took me to notice and leave the org)

Is this the filter you are using to see what PRs you are assigned to?

It's not about any filter, it's about github notification spam

Ah, I see. If the group you are a member of is assigned a PR, you get tagged.

I'd join, but I'm afraid of getting added as a reviewer of things automatically. Unless that can be sorted out, I'd prefer to stay outside the org for the time being.

Let me see if I can work this out in the next couple of business days. I would hate for something like process to keep you two from participating in a project you want to participate in.
