Register Issue With IMS

We're noticing an issue with some phones during registration where an encrypted value is being saved instead of the MSISDN. Because of this, calls are failing. We aren't sure yet if the issue is coming from the SIM side or the phone itself

Please dont tag people directly. I dont understand your issue as i dont see the encrypted value you are referring to.
