Windows Agents Not updating to 0.18.7

I dont think the winget merge worked and I cannot roll my windows agents up to 0.18.7

The PR is still open: microsoft/winget-pkgs#355604

Their build process often throws errors before merging. I've tried to interpret these in the past and couldn't figure out if they were caused by the actual release or the winget workflow / sandbox environment. The PRs get merged so I assume the latter.

I don't have a ton of knowledge about Windows / WinGet. Let me know if there's something simple we can do to avoid the errors.
