Your scripts are stunning! Thank you for this amazing mpv configuration. Unfortunately the developers at mpv have been introducing substantial changes under the hood. As a result, I noticed a degrading in performance starting as of April the 10th 2026. The last reliably working version of mpv is the build from 04/09/2026. After this date, and especially those latest builds, when tested on the very same hardware in multiple PCs, videos in 4k that before played like a breeze, now became choppy and unwatchable. If needed I can provide the original builds of mpv from that date (4/9/26), just let me know if that can be of any help. Would you mind revising your scripts. As stated for the moment I stick to that solid older build of mpv, but for a future proof of updateability, it might be worth it to figure out the cause of this drop in performance. All tests were made with either GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, or RTX 1660 Ti. Greetings.
