Linux Packaging

We need native OS packages for Linux to make it easy to install on servers;

• Fedora (distribute with COPR maybe?)
  • Would be good to have support for ELX distros like Rocky Linux too, so an EL9 RPM should be built
• Ubuntu (distribute with a PPA?)

In order to do that, we also need to specify some things:

• Where can we permanently store configs for servers?
  • Probably /var/lib/harm/configs
• Where can we store logs for servers?
  • Probably /var/log/harm/servers/<id>.log or similar
  • Is this redundant because AR servers automatically log to files...?
• We need a SystemD service file for the system
