Missing setings in the UI ?

I have HA on Odroid 2C (parameters below).
The problem I am facing is that it seems I cannot access the various settings described in the instructions - for instance Optimization goal, tiers etc.
I tried reintalling and creating the system anew, but no luck there. It seems that the old settings are somehow stored in the system. However, automations and optimizations are working, but I have no idea what settings are implemented.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

That one gets a lot of people. There are two options in home assistant, one which opens that view, and the other which opens the actual settings.

That said I think the documentation itself might be a little outdated. We now have dynamic tiering so that there is always a whole number of minute/5 minute/30 minute intervals and they don't end on fractional points.

That made some of the optimisation options disappear. Let me know if you have specific questions about what it's doing.

Hello, Thank you very much for the answer. I seem to have succeed in setting the integration up. The main problem is that I fail to find optimization entities. Ideally I would like to see my virtual surplus/ deficit given my consumption and production forecast. Based on this one could decide on adopting one of the following scenarios: 1. Charge battery from PV at lowest or negative prices to avoid curtailment, 2. Pass PV production to the grid when prices are favorable, 3. Discharge battery to the grid to make space for forecasted production. 4. Charge battery enough from the grid at lowest prices on bad PV production days. Currently I have such scenarios kicking in based on fixed consumption levels. It would be nice to have this in HAEO.
