Make a release?

Would you please consider releasing the current source to Hackage? #2 has already been fixed in the master but not in the latest release 0.2.

What would it take to get this moving? The version of this library packaged in Hackage is broken when linked against sdl2_gfx version 1.0.4-2 from the Arch Linux Extra repository; meanwhile, master works just fine. Is there any reason not to move forward with a new release? Edited to add a little positivity: this is a great library, and thanks to all the contributors for their work!

This and some other SDL libraries seem unmaintained and struggle to get new fixes and releases in. If this is not a priority for the maintainers can I offer to take over release management?
