2. Ensure that HashiCorp Terraform is on latest version (v2.40.0)
3. Open any Terraform configuration File.
4. See that Terraform (HCL) Code is lacks syntax highlighting.

Expected Behavior

It's expected be presented syntax highlighting for better code development.

Actual Behavior

The Terraform Code lacks highlighting in newest version
