creating dynamic user will stop after a while (role age)

Hello,

we are facing the issue that when we create a role, we are able to create as many dynamic users in the oracle database as we want.
Everything is working fine except for the recovation statement for which i created a different issue. #201

But after some hours the creation of dynamic users stop working while we receiving only a Vault loading screen with a small vault icon in the middle and nothing happens.
Potentially it hase something to do with the not working revocation statement which seems to be not working and this behaviour from this issue starts shortly after the max TTL.
