Question: do the media terms cover derived pose keypoints?

Hi, and thanks for spelling out the media terms in LICENSE and NOTICE.md. My question is about a case they do not seem to cover, so I would rather ask than assume. It is not the commercial-use question of #3: this is a personal project, nothing here is commercial, and none of the media is redistributed.

I am using the catalog in a personal, non-commercial project on reference-based exercise form assessment. The pipeline runs 2D pose estimation over the animation GIFs and stores, for each exercise, a sequence of 17 skeletal keypoints as numeric coordinates in CSV. No frame, image or thumbnail is copied.

To let others reproduce the results I would like to publish those CSV files in a public repository, alongside the code and a download step that points here for the media, so that anyone can re-run the evaluation without me redistributing anything belonging to Gym visual.

My question is whether the written permission you obtained from Gym visual, or their terms, extends to numeric data derived this way, or whether I should put the question to Gym visual directly. A pointer is enough, I am not asking you to speak for them.

The Gym visual attribution is already carried in my repository and would accompany any published derivative.

I’m not in a position to authorize this use or interpret Gym Visual’s permission on their behalf, so it would be best to contact Gym Visual directly and confirm whether publishing this derived numeric data is permitted.
