Update failed

The update.cfg url is loaded, but update.cfg is not downloaded, so an error occurs. download update.cfg and put it in the folder, an update success message appears, but the actual update does not occur.

Same here, comfirmed on Ubuntu 22.04(Linux) with python3.10.6

There's very little information about the bug.

Unfortunately, the engine create_instance error is occurring after the update, so it seems that the logic needs to be changed.

I just cloned this, executed build.bat and it worked, executed cd Release; python3 k2.py --update It is failed.
I modified except Exception as e paraph to print contents of error, and it says
No such file 'update.cfg'
