After Updating a stack the update-symbol does not disappear

Description

When does the image update available check happens?

If i use "Update stack" on top i still have the update notifications on my stacks and containers:

This is a screenshot after i updated all of the stacks.

I have this issue on two different instances with different containers.

👟 Reproduction steps

Press Update on top.
Up-Arrows in containers or in stack-list don't disappear.

👀 Expected behavior

Update Symbols should vanish.

😓 Actual Behavior

Update Symbols/buttons stay visible and can be clicked again

I can confirm the issue, but only on one stack.
