Hi HaGeZi,
First of all, thank you so much for your incredible work maintaining these public DNS servers and blocklists! The service works flawlessly.
I noticed that the infrastructure is currently concentrated entirely within Europe (Germany and Finland). As a user based in South America, the physical distance introduces a noticeable latency overhead when resolving queries.
To help expand the reach of the project to South American users while keeping infrastructure lightweight and cost-effective, would you consider deploying a server instance in Brazil?
To make this as seamless as possible, here is a suggestion for local hosting option:
Oracle Cloud Free Tier (São Paulo or Vinhedo Region):
Oracle Cloud offers an "Always Free" tier that includes up to 4 ARM Ampere execution cores, 24 GB of RAM, and 10 TB of free outbound monthly bandwidth directly out of their Brazilian datacenters. This would allow a fully functional local node deployment with zero operational hosting overhead for the project.
Thank you for considering this request!
