I think the columns and datasets in the examples in this chapter are often unrelated to science eg: diamond with columns carat and cut. Personally this makes the code hard to follow, difficult to understand and replicate (using different data but the examples as a reference) I think this chapter would benefit from examples that are more relevant to the kind of data one will analyse in clinical trials or in the industry. For example something more research based such as clinical data from cancer research. In conclusion I think the coding examples should be more catered towards realistic uses of R language in the industry.
