archive and rename github repo hackupstate.com to hackupstate-website-archive-2-5-2018
rename github url hackupstate-new to hackupstate.com
sync new bucket / setup git repo in the new bucket
revert code in old archived repo (git revert)
delete old /archive folder in bucket
