Update Explore and Contribute Sections on Homepage to Align with HG Priority for Initiatives

These are nice, but I can't help but think the Slack could be one of the more promoted initiatives of HG.

The Slack and Events / Calendar are historically the primary drivers for HG as they are all the time / ongoing. Labs and Nights are sort of tier 2 as far as why people are visiting the site.

Explore the Community

[Local Meetups] | [HG Nights]

Contribute

[HG Labs] | [Volunteer] | [Sponsor]

• A food pic for "Events"
