Create the Applications Search Bar

For this task I would like for you to create the search bar for the applications page shown below.

Technical Details

For this task, your code will go in a folder you will call SearchBar in the components folder.

I know the search bar in the picture looks a little weird but please make it look more quare-ish like a normal search bar and make it have a prompt of "Applicant Name"
