iOS not working as expected; only goes to settings root

Using this plugin and this code:

LinkingSettings.openSettings('App-Prefs:root=Bluetooth');

It only goes to settings root, not to Bluetooth section.
RN Version: 0.54.2
iOS Version: 11.4.1
