[BUG] Latency isn't properly set

Even if DAW compensate for latency, some remains (about 89ms according to tests).

We need to adapt the latency formula here

I changed it around a little bit, and although my DAW is showing a different latency number (much lower) the audio signal is still offset.

On Windows I'm getting ~1 sec delay of the audio signal.
