📦 Release Change
Title
Define & Validate MVP Scope for 1.0.0 Store Submission
Type
release-change
Problem
The release branch release/1.0.0-store-submission lacks a formally scoped MVP. Phase 3 features (Suggestions, Notifications, Transport, Destination) are planned but undifferentiated — all treated equally despite vastly different user impact for a first release.
Solution
Score each planned Phase 3 feature using a weighted matrix (user demand × completion risk × core journey dependency) to lock the 1.0.0 feature set and explicitly defer remaining items to 1.1.0. Output a signed-off release scope document.
Why Now
Shipping without a locked scope risks either bloating the 1.0.0 release with low-impact features or delaying submission indefinitely — the branch exists today, so scope must be decided today.
