📦 Release Change
Title
Sequence v1.0 Store Submission into an Executable Sprint Plan with Dependency Graph
Type
release-change
Problem
Proposals #20 (priority matrix) and #21 (user stories) define what matters but not in what order to build it. Without a dependency-sequenced sprint plan, execution risks stalling on blocked tasks or rework.
Solution
Map every v1.0 blocker and user story into a phased execution plan: Phase 1 (critical blockers, no dependencies), Phase 2 (blocked-by-phase-1 items), Phase 3 (store polish/signing). Each task gets owner, estimate, acceptance gate, and rollback strategy.
Why Now
The build pipeline (#22) is being defined in parallel — the sprint plan must exist before that pipeline can be meaningfully tested end-to-end, or we risk a non-shippable artifact.
Context
