Most of the users of 3D-RetinaNet are suffering from GPU memory problems. Maybe someone could try slow-fast. You will need to write a new data loader similar to the one for the ava dataset. OR someone can take replace I3D with a slow-fast backbone in the current repo. OR, remove pyramid and use ROI pooling over precomputed boxes from YOLO detector or FasterRCNN to reduce overhead memory consumption.
