Error "Something went wrong" on Connecting MM Wallet

Bug Description
Upon connecting MM for the first time, I encounter "Error: Invariant failed" on the app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://app.yewbow.org/#/pool
2. Connect Wallet (MetaMask)

Expected Behavior
Wallet connected and UI shows Uniswap V3 positions on the app interface.
