enhancement suggestions from Pizzatoe team for moebius XBIN

Hi, grymmjack, I am Jackey from Pizzatoe, have been using Moebius to create ANSI recently. I noticed officially it stops patching for quite long time, but the XBIN version you posted keeps enhancing, So I wonder if can conclude the enhancement suggestions from Pizzatoe artists for your reference. By the way, we all are using virtual pen to do digital art, so hope you understand some hot key referred to right click may not work on our cases.

1. Hope to zoom More out the canvas in case the size is large such as 200 300 rows or columns, user can watch small part of the canvas in large canvas. appreciate XBIN version can maintain the large clear tool UI when Zoom out, but zoom less out than original version.

2. hope to customize the hot key for the left column tools. also to add the hot key when click Ctrl + color on the canvas to synchronize the background color with clicked color, this hot key combo works normally when Ctrl+click at the left column palette, but somehow not on the canvas.
   Sorry we use the virtual pen not the mouse only can support left click hotkeys, appreciate it if can add Ctrl + click to load background color.

3. Layer function if it is possible.

4. Noticed the enhancement you mentioned in previous thread, SHIFT+ALT+Left Click to load the char on the canvas, it will be nice to implement it since our team faced lots of situation need to frequently used char already on the canvas, every time have to pick it up from char list.

Our team keeps using moebius since it is stable and ergonomic than pablo draw and icy draw, even without layers function XD. So It will be fancy to have more enhancment on current version, also appreciate you and your team's work.

I'll respond to each number :)

1. I will investigate this but I think the ratios are the way they are for a reason, still worth playing with.
2. I think we could add custom hotkeys and configuration, this should not be that difficult (I think).
3. This would be too difficult to add to the current program Moebius, but have a look at Icy Draw! it has that and more! In fact, you might want to even switch to it instead of Moebius, the developer of that program is very friendly and a good person open minded, etc.
4. That should be possible too, I think.
   Oh you have already tried Icy Draw, I see now that I've read to t he bottom :)

It would be nice to have layers, but honest answer: I don't think I have the chops to implement them. You see, it's easy enough to have multiple canvases, but what is challenging is the compositing into the flattened ANSI/XB art. Just know my limits here, especially given the amount of time I put into this stuff. My gut reaction is "no" for layers in Moebius. That said, if someone else implemented them, I'd be happy to merge the PR.

Thanks for your attention and reply to each point, I will forward above information to Pizzatoe team members, and also may try Icy Draw again, last time we quite Icy draw the reason is bug exit and not good optimazion for tablet drawer as Moebius.
If we want report bugs for Icy draw this time, where should I raise issue? May I have a active bug report channel link? thank you very much.

We appreciate you and @michael-lazar 's work on Moebius enhancing, please take your time to handle stuff above, it is just some imporvement thoughts our artist found or concluded after not long time using on Moebius, so take them easily, we will be very happy if any point above can be improved and implemented, please do not hesitate to let us test once the new version is released. :)
